4Sky Daily Vehicle Hire Module :: 1

The 4 Sky Daily Vehicle Hire module was written specifically for businesses that operate either a fleet of hire vehicles, select from a range of suppliers, or use a combination of these methods. All of the features of the 4Sky system are designed to make it quicker and easier to use resulting in excellent customer service and cost reductions in booking process administration.

Customer and Driver specific features such as previous delivery and collection address selection, default vehicle hire groups, customer and supplier rates and purchase order database facilities are all incorporated within the system, providing the simplest and most effective route to setting up and managing daily hire bookings.

Supplier features such as translation of vehicle hire groups is also possible. For example, if your group D vehicle corresponds to a supplier’s AD1 vehicle group, then your codes can be displayed against the supplier’s so that terminology is not misunderstood, especially when checking invoices.

Search facilities on almost all aspects of bookings made can also allow the user the information with the minimum of interaction while a customer or driver is on the phone.
