4Sky Internet Interfaces Module :: 1

Both the Daily Hire and Accident Management modules of the 4 Sky Accident Vehicle Hire System have a web-based interface through which customers and/or drivers can create or amend their bookings or incident claims, and pass the information directly to the appropriate 4 Sky module via the Web Detector.

The interface on the internet for both systems is based on either a customer administrator or the driver themselves logging in. From the user name, the system displays the appropriate menu structure for administrators or drivers.

Administrators may place or amend bookings and/or incidents on behalf of their drivers. This part of the interface is designed for Fleet Managers or Supervisors who manage the data on behalf of the fleet. All available bookings and claims for that customer can be viewed by these users.
