Drivers may also log in to the web-based systems but they are restricted by the choices offered to them and may only view their own bookings or incidents. This provides more control to the customer but also a unique view for their drivers to access over the internet.

The Web Detector is a module that checks for any customer or driver interaction on the internet and passes their requests directly to the 4 Sky system for processing by the team operating Daily Hire or Accident Management modules.

Fully detailed automated e-mails track the progress of each request and offer the customer, driver and user constant updated communication as each stage is reached in the booking or incident’s lifecycle.
