4Sky Security Module

Central to 4 Sky’s various applications is the Security Module. This module defines the user names, passwords and security levels that dictate accessible menu options, modules and various interfaces throughout the whole of the 4 Sky system.

Gravity Solutions have taken a serious, but flexible approach to allow each user only access to their relevant areas while not taking their focus from the task in-hand.

Full audit trail facilities have been incorporated to ensure that all critical areas of Daily Hire and Accident Management are audited and can be reported on. These areas include logging on and logging off each module, invoicing, any change in status to a booking or incident and many other important areas of the system.
